The session takes place in a quiet, comfortable space where you remain fully clothed and either lie on a treatment table or sit in a relaxed chair.
What to expect
Brief intake: A few minutes at the start to discuss your current concerns, intentions, and any health considerations.
Grounding and centering: The practitioner begins with gentle grounding to establish a safe, focused energetic field.
Hands-on or hands‑above: The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above specific areas of the body—head, shoulders, chest, abdomen, legs—or follows an intuitive flow tailored to your needs.
Subtle sensations: Many clients report warmth, tingling, gentle pulsing, waves of relaxation, or deep emotional releases. Some experience vivid imagery or simply deep peace.
Quiet containment: The practitioner maintains a calm, nonjudgmental presence, allowing energy to move and integrating shifts without pressure.
Integration and aftercare: The session ends with a short period for gentle grounding and a brief discussion about what arose during the session, along with personalized suggestions for hydration, rest, or simple self-care practices to support continued integration.
